It is another sad news for Muslims that Hazrat Allama Moulana Syed Zaheer Ahmad Zaidi (Rehmatullah Alaih) has left the this world on 26th Rabi-ul-Akhir, 1423 AH. Our great scholars are leaving us day by day. Leaving there seats empty without any successors. Let alone similar replacement has not been possible, we can not even get a simple substitute.

Work:

Hazrat Zaidi (Rehmatullah Alaih) is one of those Islamic scholars who had an honor to be in great guidance as a student of Sadr-ush-Shariat Hazrat Amjad Ali Azmi (Rehmatullah Alaih). On his wish Hazrat Zaidi completed Bahar-e-Shariat by adding 19th section which is on the Islamic Law about WILL. Looking at the details of his work in Bahar-e-Shariat one can tell about his depth of knowledge & understanding of Islamic Fiqh. Besides Bahar-e-Shariat, Adaab-ul-Afta & Summarized Tareekh Tamuddan-e-Arab are also his work. At the same time being a great Islamic Scholar, a pious person, an expert on Fiqh & an astonishing researcher he also had a passion for poetry. Your nick is Syed. Family Tree:
Moulana Syed Zaheer (Rehmatullah Alaih) was Syed by the family tree of Hazrat Zaid bin Ali bin Imam Zain-ul-Abideen bin Imam Hussain (Radi ALLAH Anhu). The chain joins Hazrat Mohammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) on 38th generation. He left three sons & three daughters behind him. His oldest son Mr. Syed Javaid Zaidi is a professor at Dehran University. Middle son Mr. Syed Nadeem Zaidi is a medical officer at Ali Garh University. The youngest son Mr. Syed Khateeb Zaidi is an student in Canada.
