Hazrat Maulana Rehan Raza Khan Rehmani

Rehan-e-Millat, Maulana Rehan Raza Khan was the elder son of Mufassir-e-Azam, Maulana Ibrahim Raza Khan & great grand Son of Alahazrat.

Hazrat Allama Rehan Raza Khan (rehmatullah alaih): Born on the 18th Zil hajj in Bareilly Shareef. He is the Mureed & Khalifa of Huzoor Mufti-e-Azam Hind (radi Allahu anhu). He was a great teacher & a very powerful personality. He passed away on the 18th of Ramadaan 1405 (1985) & his Mazaar Shareef is in Bareilly Shareef.

Maulana Rehan Raza Khan was taught his first lesson from his grand father Hujjat-ul-Islam, Maulana Hamid Raza Khan. He received his education from several teachers such as Sadr-ul-Ulama Maulana Syed Ghulam Jeelani Meeruti in Madarsa Arabia, Meerut, Muhaddith-e-Azam Pakistan, Maulana Sardar Ahmad in Jamia Razvia Mazhar-e-Islam, Faisalabad (Pakistan). Muhaddith-e-Azam taught him Bukhari Shareef & other books of traditions. He was honoured the turban of excellence in Jamia Manzar-e-Islam Bareilly.

Rehan-e-Millat, Maulana Rehan Raza Khan was a great Alim, orator, mufti, learned scholars & poet. He was also a thinker, reformer & statesman.

After completing his education, he taught in Manzar-e-Islam for many years but after the demise of his father (1965) when he became rector manager of Manzar-e-Islam, Sajjada Nasheen of Khanqah-e-Alahazrat & trustee of Raza mosque, then due to these great & important responsibilities he could not get the chance of teaching. But in the last few years of his life he further began to teach the students of higher class in Manzar-e-Islam. He taught Bukhari shareef & other books in Arabic medium to the students of Lanca & south India.

Asa Mufti:

He wrote verdicts too in Markazi Dar-ul-Ifta Manzar-e-Islam. His Fatawa about T.V Video & Nasbandi (involuntary family planning) got much popularity.

As a thinker, reformer & sates man.

Summary:

Rehan-e-Millat, Maulana Rehan Raza Khan was an important & renowend figure of muslim world who did a lot for Deen-o-Sunniat, the divine knowledge & welfare of Muslim ummah of cource! He was the rose of the garden of millah & garden of Raza. Till his life he remained disturbing his fragrance & today we can also smell his fragrance in his noble deeds.
