Masjid Hudaybiya. This is where the Treaty of Hudaybiya was signed & where the Meccan leaders asked the words in the treaty "Muhammad Rasulullah" to be replaced with "Muhammad bin Abdullah". This mosque is on the way to Jannat al-Mualla from Masjid al-Haram
Masjid Shajarah. Not to be confused with the Masjid Shajarah in Madina (Miqat), this is where the Prophet (s) camped when he was stopped by the Meccan leaders from performing Hajj. Thereafter the Treaty of Hudaybiya was signed. This mosque is a little further to the left of Masjid Hudaybiya when coming from Masjid al-Haram
Masjid Sulayman (a). By the permission of Allah, Nabi Sulayman (a) had control over the jinn. It is believed he had imprisoned some jinn in a cellar below this mosque. This mosque faces the gate of Jannat al-Mualla.
Masjid Jinn. The Prophet (s) was reciting the Qur'an here when a group of jinn passing by heard him. They were impressed & converted to Islam. A verse of the Qur'an in Sura Jinn narrates this incident.
First mosque of Islam. Built by the Prophet [s] when he first migrated from Makkah to Madina. The Prophet (s) stayed here for 20 days while waiting for Imam Ali (a) to join him before entering Madina

Masjid Ali (a). Not to be confused with the smaller Masjid Ali (a) at "Khamsa Masajid". This mosque is where Imam Ali (a) led Salatul Jamaat after the Prophet's demise (when he was denied his right to the khilafa). The mosque is behind Masjid Nabawi, near Masjid Ghamama.

The entrance to Masjid Jum'ah
The rubble infront of Masjid Jum'ah is where Masjid Zeraar was built by hypocrites to divide the Muslims. An ayat in the Qur'an commanded the Prophet (s) to demolish this "mosque". This is also the spot where Imam Husayn (a) bade farewell to his daughter Fatima Sughra & left Madina for the last time.
Masjid Fadheek. When the verse prohibiting intoxicants was revealed, some Muslims hid wine in a well here. To disgrace them, some hypocrites complained to the Prophet (s) about this. When the Prophet (s) opened this well, the wine had miraculously changed into vinegar. The well is shown below. Behind this mosque is the Garden of Fadak that the Prophet (s) had given his daughter Fatima (a). This was usurped from her after his leaving this world.

The rubble in this enclosure is where Masjid "Radd ash-Shams" once stood. The Saudi govt. have destroyed it. This is the spot where the Prophet (s) asked Imam Ali (a) to pray for the Sun to revert so that they may pray Salat-ul-Asr.
Masjid Ghamama. Also called Masjid Eid because the Prophet (s) prayed the Eid Prayers (salat-ul-Eid) here. During a drought, the Prophet (s) once also prayed for rain here (salat-ul-istisqa) - giving the "wasta" of his grandson Husayn b. Ali (a)
