Grave daughters of prophet Muhammad (sallallaho alaihi wasallam)
SAYYIDAH RUQAYYA (radi Allahu anhu):She was another daughter of the Beloved Habeeb (sallallahu alaihi wasallam). Born at Makkah-tul-Mukarramah seven years before the Revelation, she was first married to Abu Lahab's son, Utabah. But when Almighty Allah revealed Sura Lahab, condemning the enmity of Abu Lahab towards the Holy Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), Utabah divorced Sayyidah Ruqayya (radi Allahu anha) in vengeance. Then she was married to Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (radi Allahu anhu). The couple migrated first to Abyssinia, then to Madina-tul-Munawwara & received the epithet of "People of Two Emigrations." Sayyidah Ruqayya (radi Allahu anha) passed away after the Battle of Badr at the age of 20.
